Pyramids and Sakkara Tour and camel ride

Breakfast at hotel. Your day begins at Memphis, the ancient capital of Old Egypt during the Old Kingdom. It was founded by King Menes. Proceed to the Step Pyramid at Sakkara, which was designed by the architect Imhotep for his master King Zoser. Camel ride is included.  Lunch at local restaurant. Afterwards, view the enchanting pyramids of Cheops, Chefren, and Mykerinus at Giza. Visit to the inside of the Great Pyramid is included. Then proceed to the Great Sphinx, the head of a pharaoh with a lion’s body, dating back to the time of Chephren. The tour also includes a visit to the Valley Temple, which belongs to the Pyramid of Chephren. Overnight in Cairo.

Cairo Sightseeing Tour

Breakfast at the hotel. Today, you will visit the Egyptian Museum, where you will admire the splendid collection of Tutankhamun along with many other fascinating artifacts. Visit to the Mummies Room is included. Transfer to the Salah El Din Citadel which was constructed by Salah El Din in 1183 AD to defend Cairo from the armies of Crusaders. Continue to the Mohamed Ali Alabaster Mosque, ruler of Egypt (1805-1849) who governed over 45 years. Lunch will be at a local restaurant. Then proceed to visit Khan El Khalili Bazaar, one of the most famous and oldest bazaars in the Middle East. Return to hotel and overnight in Cairo.

The great Abu Simbel temple is also called The Sun Temple of Ramssess II.The Temple of Queen Nefertari is also called Temple of Hathor, who was the wife of the Sun God. In a symbolic way, the two Temples, that of Ramsses II and that of Nefertari, bring Ramesses II, Nefertari, Hathor and the Sun God together as one. Later on, you will be escorted back from Abu Simbel to Aswan Airport for flight to Cairo. Overnight in Cairo.
