In spite of the fact that NO ORIGINALS exist, that the US partner and her manager, Christine Bonacorsa (whose signature also appears on all
statutory documents) were not in Europe at that time, that Helbig and Bonacorsa do not have Ukrainian visas in their passports for that time
frame and that the JV was running on cut & paste photocopies, none of which were registered. |
